Get A Prepaid UPS Label

Once You've Got Your Label

  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all.
  • Make sure to include a copy of the invoice or your order number in the package.
  • Place everything inside your shipping box and tape it securely.
  • Tape the UPS label over the original one. Make sure to remove any other labels.
  • Drop your package off at any UPS Store or Pickup location.

That's It!

  • We'll shoot you an email once your returned items are received.
  • We will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • We process all returns within 2-3 business days of us receiving them.

Return Policy

  • We provide free, easy returns. (Exlcuding International, Hawaii, & Alaska Orders)
  • We offer Free 60-Day Returns.
  • We will issue a refund as long as the item has not been worn outside or shows any wear.
  • Worn Shoes will be shipped back to the customer at the original shipping address and no refund will be given.
  • Please place the shoebox inside another box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is damaged or not included.
  • Make sure to include a copy of your invoice in your return with a brief note explaining your return. Shoes returned without any order information will not be refunded.
  • Shoolu is not responsible for lost shoes.
  • We will refund your purchase price. We do not refund or reimburse any shipping expenses.

International Orders

  • International Customers are responsible for all related shipping charges and fees when returning items to us.
  • We cannot process exchanges for international orders. You will need to send your order back for a refund, and then order the correct size.

Return & Exchange FAQ

Where's My Refund?
We process all returns within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Refunds can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
Will I Be Refunded For Shipping Charges?
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your order.
I Don't Have Access To A Printer, How Can I Get A Label?
Unfortunately, the only way we can provide return shipping is via a digital label that you print out. Your local public library typically should have printing access for a couple cents a page (Our label is only one page).
I requested an exchange, why was I refunded?
Most likely, you were refunded because we did not have the requested exchange in stock.
Can I Swap For A Different Style?
We can do exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same style. If you would like to swap for something totally different, you will need to return the original pair for a refund and place a new order for the different style.
My Order Was A Gift And I Need To Return It, What Do I Do?
